Plastic bags keep the items from being damaged in the shipping route. Enclose the original packing slip or a copy indicating which item/s you desire exchanged and for what style, size, and color. Please enclose a personal check for $5.00 for shipping the product back or indicate on a note to charge your credit card manually. Do not send cash. It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your exchange. We are not responsible for carrier loss. Please ship your items with tracking service. No exchanges will be processed until we receive the product in UMWORN condition. Email us about your exchange after you have sent it so that we can be on the lookout for it.
RETURNS - Law prohibits us from taking back swimwear due to hygienic reasons. All returns for credit have to be authorized. Please email us if you need to return swimwear. 15 % Restocking fee applies to all returns except for the manufacture defects.
- Authorized returns for refund are accepted within 10 days of delivery date.
- NO refunds on shipping as that is a service and not a product. Since shipping costs cannot be refunded to us by USPS then they cannot be refunded to our customers either - It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your return. Please put tracking on your package when you ship it back to us
