PRIVACY POLICY - Our privacy policy is incredibly simple. We will NEVER under any circumstances release any information you provide us or that is provided to us concerning you to a third party. NEVER! You may occasionally receive an email from us concerning current extreme sales. We do this approximately twice a year. Your information is 100% safe with American Bikini Shop.

EXCHANGES - No restocking fee applies to exchanged items - Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery date - No exchange of worn/or damaged/or washed items will be accepted. To avoid any spots, please wear a liner on any outfit that has a panty bottom for safety reasons - Mail the product back with all labeling and packaging intact. Plastic bags will keep the items from being damaged in the shipping route. Enclose the original packing slip or a copy indicating which item/s you desire exchanged and for what style, size, and color - To get your exchange back, please enclose a personal check for $3.95 or indicate on a note to charge your credit card manually. Do not send cash. It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your exchange. We are not responsible for carrier loss. Please ship your item with tracking. No exchanges will be processed until we receive the product in unworn condition - Email us about your exchange after you have sent it so that we can be on the lookout for it.

RETURNS - 10 % Restocking fee applies - Returns for refund are accepted within 30 days of delivery date - No refunds on shipping as that is a service and not a product. Since shipping costs cannot be refunded to us by USPS then they cannot be refunded to our customers either - It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your return. Please put tracking on your package when you ship it back to us - No returns of worn or damaged items will be accepted. To avoid any spots, please wear a liner on any outfit that has a panty bottom - No refunds on some selected swimwear. We might be able to make an exchange if the items are in stock. Please confirm with us for an exchange - Returns are processed in a timely manner and if there are no problems, issued within 15 days depending on what payment gateway option you have paid with. If you have not received your refund within 15-30 days please email us immeadiately to request the status of the refund - Mail the product back with all labeling and packaging intact. Plastic bags will keep the items from being damaged in the shipping route. Enclose the original packing slip or a copy indicating your wish - Be sure to Email us about your return so that we can be on the lookout for it.
