Models participating in these shoots have and will continue to make names for themselves by being on popular websites and manufacturer promo's and product shoots. The most common question beginning models ask is "How much does it pay?" The answer varies. Sometimes nothing but prints (digital and otherwise) and exposure. Sometimes flat fees from $30 and up.
